What is the significance of disabled individuals attending high school? Are the schools systems equipping these individuals well for life after high school? What opportunities do they have after high school? These all may be questions that you might be asking yourself. Throughout this article, I had the opportunity to sit down with a few different members and talk to them about the growth and opportunities that these individuals have for after high school.

Sacred Grounds has formed a Christ-centered environment to help families and individuals who have disabilities. Through this, they have been able to grow the gifts that God has given each individual for the glory of God’s kingdom. Sacred Grounds is also helping individuals grow in their relationships with one another and with their family members. Sacred Grounds is one of many organizations that help disabled young adults flourish into the men and women God created them to be.
